Submissions
The Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal welcomes submissions in all areas of sports law. We encourage submissions from academic and professional authors. Please note, however, that submissions from current law students and from professionals who are less than one year removed from graduating law school will not be considered.
Article Submissions
All submissions or questions regarding the submission of an article should be sent to the attention of the Managing Editor of Outside Articles, Raina Desai, at rdesai13@law.villanova.edu. If submitting via e-mail, should cc sports@law.villanova.edu. Although it is preferred that submissions be sent via e-mail as a PDF or Microsoft Word attachment, submissions can also be mailed. We also accept submissions through ExpressO and Scholastica. A resume should accompany all article submissions.

Blog Submissions
All blogs must be submitted through email to the Managing Editor of Technology, Phoebe Cooper, at pcooper3@law.villanova.edu. Submissions will be selected based upon the timeliness and relevancy of the topic, depth of research, and writing ability. It is preferred that submitted blogs be between 750 and 1200 words in length (excluding citations).
Copyright Notice
Except as otherwise expressly provided, the author of each article has granted permission for copies of that article to be made available for classroom use in a nationally accredited law school when:
